  • Wash with SYNK Fem-Wash or Rinse with water on-the-go

Instructions:

How to Use:

  1. Fold the cup (try the C fold or punch-down—your pick!).
  2. Insert it, making sure it pops open and creates a comfy seal.
  3. Wear for up to 8 to 12 hours—yep, no leaks, no worries! For heavy flow, you may need to rinse and dump more often.
  4. Remove by pinching the base, rinse, and reinsert (or store for next time!).

(If you're using menstrual cups for first time we recommend you to start with the  small size first and experiment with the fit. To build your confidence  using menstrual cups, you can add sanitary pads to your underwear for the first few goes, until you feel confident  to go without.)

Who is this not suitable for? 

If you have medical complications in your vulvovaginal region, we highly recommend you to have a chat with a medical professional first. 

 

Period cups may not be suitable for everyone (like skin-care and make-up) for those experiencing:

  • Intrauterine device (IUD)
